My-Linh completed a global project celebrating the achievements of American women living abroad. She photographed 30 women in 15 countries across 5 regions of the world. Her portraits along with the women's life stories are featured in a photography book BEYOND BORDERS: Portraits of American Women around the World and an accompanying exhibit. The exhibit premiered in March 2008 in Seoul, Korea, and travels throughout Europe and the US over the next 2 years.
